Pay on Delivery (POD), also known as Cash on Delivery (COD), allows buyers to pay for their order at the time of physical delivery.

• Availability: This option is usually limited to specific geographical areas (e.g., within Monrovia, Montserrado, Liberia, for local deliveries) and may be offered by the Throng Streams Shop for certain products or by individual sellers in their personal stores.
• Payment Type: Payment is typically made in cash to the delivery agent, though some services might offer “Card on Delivery” with a mobile POS machine.
• Process:
  • Select “Pay on Delivery” during checkout.
  • The order is dispatched.
  • Payment is collected by the delivery agent upon handing over the goods.
• Considerations: Buyers should have the exact payment amount ready. Sellers offering this method bear the risk of potential returns or rejected orders upon delivery.
