Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer

Bank transfers are an available payment option, particularly for larger transactions or in regions where digital payment adoption is lower.

  • Process:
    • Upon selecting bank transfer at checkout, buyers will receive Throng Streams’ or the seller’s (for personal store items) bank account details.
    • Buyers then initiate a transfer from their own bank account.
    • It is crucial to include the order reference number in the transfer details to ensure proper allocation.
  • Confirmation: Payments typically take 1-3 business days to clear. Orders will only be processed once the funds are confirmed received by Throng Streams or the seller.
  • Fees: While Throng Streams does not charge extra fees for bank transfers, your bank may impose its own transaction fees.
